Join me for a mindful and introspective art experience. This painting journey invites you to pause, reflect, and connect with yourself through art.
​ We'll begin with a brief guided mindful visualization before moving into the creative process, where you will be guided step by step in painting a unique self-portrait on a 16" x 20" canvas. All materials and expert instruction are included. No prior painting experience needed - this is a co-creative process designed to be both relaxing and inspiring. You will leave with a one-of-a-kind keepsake. A thing you will treasure both as artwork and memory.

Small group setting -2-6 participants
Fee - $150.00 per person,
Classes available Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM.”

Location - Olympia Heights home/garden art studio (weather permitting).

If you would like me to host the event at a different location, an additional travel and set-up fee will apply, to be determined and agreed upon in advance.​
